2. Services

Kaleidoscope Homestyling provides online interior design services and digital design packages. Services may include concept design, space planning, moodboards, color and material suggestions, and shopping recommendations, depending on the selected package.

Services do not include technical drawings, construction documentation, site visits, project supervision, contractor coordination, or on-site execution unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. 1. Custom made furniture

Custom made furniture, including kitchens, hallway units, and built-in wardrobes, is provided as conceptual designs with suggested dimensions. These dimensions serve as initial guidance for production, and the manufacturer may adjust them according to their production process and materials. Kaleidoscope Homestyling is not responsible for final measurements, production details, or installation outcomes.
One layout revision for custom made furniture is included in the package. Any further adjustments or changes requested after approval will be quoted separately and agreed upon before production begins.

3. Scope of work and pricing

Starting prices apply to the design of one room up to a maximum of 25 square meters. Final pricing may vary depending on total square footage, the number of rooms, and the inclusion of custom-made furniture or bespoke joinery.

Any price adjustment is project-specific and will be reviewed and confirmed during the inquiry phase, prior to project commencement.

4. Project process

The project begins only after the following conditions are met:
– the client has completed the required questionnaire
– inspiration images and relevant information have been provided
– the required deposit has been received
All communication is conducted online via email or other agreed digital channels.

5. Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the scope and level of detail of the selected design package. Once all required information has been received, the design will be delivered within the estimated timeframe communicated at the start of the project.

Delays caused by late feedback, missing information, or changes in scope by the client may result in adjusted timelines.

6. Revisions

Each design package includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the package description. The Sketch Story package includes one revision to the floor plan. The Signature package includes one revision to the floor plan and up to two revisions of materials on the rendered visuals. One layout revision for custom made furniture is included in the Signature package. Minor adjustments beyond these included revisions or additional requests will be quoted and agreed upon separately. Revisions must be requested within the project timeframe and communicated clearly to ensure timely implementation. Any significant changes, extra requests, or expansions of the original scope will be discussed individually and quoted separately.

7. Payment terms

A 30 percent deposit is required to secure the project and initiate the design process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the final delivery of the design files.

Add-ons and additional services are billed separately and must be paid in full before delivery.

All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

8. Digital delivery

All design services are delivered digitally in formats such as PDF, JPG, or online links. No physical materials, samples, or printed documents are included.

Colors, materials, and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and product availability. Final material selections should always be verified with suppliers or contractors.

9. No refund policy

Due to the nature of digital design services, refunds are not available once work has begun. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

10. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements, correct information, and timely feedback. Kaleidoscope Homestyling is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

The design services provided are conceptual and intended as guidance. The client is responsible for consulting qualified professionals for technical, structural, or construction-related matters.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, concepts, visuals, and documents remain the intellectual property of Kaleidoscope Homestyling. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the design for personal purposes only.

The designs may not be resold, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

12. Liability disclaimer

Kaleidoscope Homestyling is not liable for construction errors, contractor performance, budget overruns, product availability, or implementation outcomes. All recommendations are provided in good faith but do not guarantee specific results.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
